Rental structure and included services
All BG Trans vehicles are supplied exclusively with professional drivers. The standard rental price includes driver service and fuel for the mileage stated in the confirmed offer. Published day rates normally include up to 50 km within Sofia; additional mileage is charged according to the vehicle category.
Transfer rates and discounts
- Indicative transfer rates for cars, vans and buses range from €0.99/km to €2.50/km, excluding VAT, depending on vehicle type and distance.
- Special pricing may be offered for programmes exceeding 2,000 km, regular clients and travel agencies.
- Published daily rates are based on the rental conditions stated in the individual offer. Hourly rates remain available for short chauffeur services and airport transfers.
Additional costs
- Road tolls, parking fees and other route-related charges are not included unless expressly stated.
- Domestic driver allowance: €40/day when applicable.
- International driver allowance: €50–70/day, plus suitable accommodation when required.
